For Consumer Accounts:
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns that are open or used. Products may be returned no more than 30 days after receiving your order if they are sealed in their original packaging. To return an item, please get in touch with us to receive a prepaid shipping label. All orders have a return fee of $30 per order (not per item) to cover shipping and handling costs.
For Practitioner Accounts:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from practitioner orders. If you have any issues with our products, please reach out, and we might be able to offer a credit.
