DIGEST can be taken both on a long-term and as-needed basis.

 

Taking DIGEST regularly would increase its long-term benefits, but it can be used solely for symptom episodes. Extra doses can also supplement on days or times when symptoms are worse.

 

General Dosage:

• Infants (0-6 months): 1ml, 2x a day
• Toddlers (6 mo - 2 yrs): 2.5ml (½ tsp), 2x a day
• Kids and Adults (2+): 5ml (1 tsp), 2-4x a day
